Help Your Child Build Strength, Confidence, and Healthy Habits This Summer
This summer, give your child more than just something to do.
Give them a place to move, train, grow, and build confidence in what their body can do.
The Summer Youth Fitness Program from SALT Health Coaching + F45 Sandy is designed to help kids and teens improve their strength, endurance, coordination, and overall fitness in a fun, supportive environment.
Whether your child is training for HYROX, preparing for sports, wanting to get stronger, or simply needs a positive way to stay active this summer, this program gives them structure, coaching, accountability, and encouragement.
And best of all, they’ll learn skills they can use long after the program ends.
Imagine Where They Could Be by the End of Summer
By the end of the program, your child won’t just be “tired from a workout.”
They’ll have a better understanding of how to move, how to train, how to push themselves safely, and how to stay consistent.
The best-case scenario?
They finish the summer feeling:
- Stronger
- More confident
- More coordinated
- More disciplined
- More comfortable exercising
- More prepared for sports, fitness, or future training
- Proud of what they accomplished
They’ll know how to perform foundational movements with better form. They’ll understand how to build endurance. They’ll experience what it feels like to show up consistently and improve over time.
And maybe most importantly, they’ll start to see themselves differently.
Not as someone who “has to work out,” but as someone who is capable, strong, and willing to do hard things.

This Isn’t Just a Workout Class
A lot of youth fitness programs simply run kids through exercises. That’s not us.
This program is different.
Yes, your child will move, sweat, and work hard. But they’ll also be coached. (Which is what most kids need more than anything else!)
That means they’ll learn proper technique, receive individual feedback, and build the kind of movement habits that help them train more effectively in the future.
The goal is not just to get through the workout.
The goal is to help each athlete understand how to move well, train smart, and improve with consistency.
What Your Child Will Learn
Proper Exercise Technique
Your child will be taught how to perform movements with better form, control, and awareness.
This matters because proper technique helps kids train more safely and effectively — not just during this program, but in future workouts, sports practices, weight rooms, and fitness classes.
Instead of guessing or copying what they see online, they’ll learn the basics the right way.
Individualized Feedback
Every child moves a little differently.
Throughout the program, athletes will receive personalized coaching and feedback so they can improve their form, understand what to adjust, and get more out of each session.
That feedback can make a huge difference.
Sometimes one small correction helps an athlete feel a movement better, build confidence faster, or avoid forming bad habits.
Strength, Endurance, and Agility
Each session is designed to help build a well-rounded fitness foundation.
The program includes:
- Running and endurance training
- Functional fitness exercises
- Strength and agility drills
- HYROX-inspired workouts
This gives kids a mix of conditioning, strength, athletic movement, and mental toughness — all in a structured and supportive environment.
Consistency and Muscle Memory
The real magic happens when kids show up consistently.
When they attend session after session, they begin to build habits. Movements start to feel more natural. Technique improves. Confidence grows. Their bodies begin to remember what to do.
That’s muscle memory.
And for youth athletes, this is huge.
The more they practice moving well, the more prepared they are to train on their own, participate in sports, and continue building strength in the future.

Why Parents Love This Type of Training
As a parent, you want your child to be active…but you also want them to be safe, encouraged, and guided by someone who knows what they’re doing.
You don’t want them wandering into workouts without instruction.
You don’t want them learning poor form.
You don’t want them feeling intimidated, embarrassed, or unsure of themselves.
You want them to have a positive experience with fitness.
That’s exactly what this program is designed to provide.
Your child will be coached in a way that is challenging but supportive. They’ll be encouraged to work hard without being pushed beyond what is appropriate. They’ll get feedback, structure, and repetition so they can improve with confidence.
Common Parent Questions
“Is this only for really athletic kids?”
No. Your child does not need to be the fastest, strongest, or most experienced athlete in the room.
This program is designed to help kids improve from wherever they are starting.
Some kids may be training for competition. Others may simply need a structured way to get stronger and stay active. The goal is progress, not perfection.
“What if my child is nervous or intimidated?”
That’s completely normal.
A big part of this program is helping kids feel more comfortable with fitness. The environment is supportive, and the coaching is designed to help them build confidence step by step.
Many kids feel more confident once they understand what to do and realize they’re capable of more than they thought.
“Will the workouts be too hard?”
The sessions are designed to challenge kids, but in a coached and age-appropriate way.
Exercises can be adjusted based on ability, experience, and comfort level. The goal is to help each child work hard safely, not overwhelm them.
“Why should my child attend consistently?”
Consistency is where the results happen.
When kids attend regularly, they get more repetition, better coaching feedback, and more chances to improve. They also begin building the habit of showing up, putting in effort, and following through.
That kind of consistency carries over into sports, school, and life.
“Can my child just drop in?”
Yes, drop-ins are available for $25 per session, but the best results will come from attending the full program.
The 10-session and 14-session options give your child more time to build technique, improve conditioning, develop muscle memory, and experience real progress.
Give Your Child a Stronger Summer
This program is about more than fitness.
It’s about helping your child build confidence, discipline, strength, and healthy habits in a positive environment.
It’s about teaching them how to train, not just telling them to work out.
It’s about giving them a summer experience that helps them feel proud of themselves.
If you want your child to move more, learn proper technique, build endurance, and gain confidence, we’d love to have them join us.
